DEVILED EGG SALAD

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 tbsp low fat mayonnaise

1 tsp dried minced onion

2 tsp mustard sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Method:

boil eggs

run cold water over eggs .

peel eggs and cut them from top n hollow them and make a basket.

chop all the vegetables very finnely dice them in sauce and fill this filling in eggs..
