Plum-n-Proper

Ingredients:

  • Plums(8-10)

  • 1/2 medium apple

  • 1 stalk celery

  • 1/2 cup chopped kale

  • 1serving protein powder

Method:

  • chop fruits and leafy veggies blend till smooth
  • add protein powder and mix for another 30sec
  • serve chilled
