Oats Dhokla


  • 25gm roasted and powdered oats

  • 25gm besan

  • 75gm curd

  • 2.5gm grated ginger

  • Salt to taste

  • 1.5gm oil

  • 1/4tsp baking powder


  • Make a batter using oats,curd,besan.mix and keep aside for an hour
  • Add ginger,salt and baking powder,mix well
  • Grease the utensil pour batter and steam till it done and set.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,chopped green chillies and 2tsp of water.
  • Pour over dhokla
  • Serve it
