TANGY PUMPKIN

Ingredients

  • 50 gms pumpkin

  • 1 pinch methi seeds

  • 1 pinch Hing

  • Green Chillies as per taste

  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

  • 1 tbsp Ginger

  • Lemon Juice

  • Coriander Leaves

Method:

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add methi seeds, hing, green chillies and pumpkin and mix well.

Add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger and mix. Add little water, cover and cook on low flame for few minutes.

Add sugar, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Cover and cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes till the pumpkin is soft. Mash the pumpkin gently.
