Colored bell peppers (green / red / yellow): 1 cup (chopped in cubes)
Mushrooms: 3-4 no (roughly chopped)
Onion: 1 no (chopped in cubes)
Garlic: 2 cloves
Salt & pepper powder: to taste
Mixed herbs: 1 tsp
Fresh Red chili: 1 no
Olive oil: 1/2 tsp
Heat oil in pan put chopped garlic, chopped red chilli. Put onion, mushrooms and chopped peppers and saute it on high flame.
Turn down the heat and put salt, pepper powder and mixed herbs.
Mix them well and serve hot.
